Korena is a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner. She has over 25 years of experience in the medical field. She began her career working in the correctional setting. She spent 10 years in family practice. For the past 2 years she has been serving patients with substance use disorders. Korena joined Bicycle Health March of 2023 as a Nurse Practitioner.
In addition to her extensive clinical experience, Korena also has an outstanding academic background that includes a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Lewis-Clark State College and a Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University.
Through active listening and thoughtful questioning, she is able to deliver high quality health care that utilizes evidence-based practice. She is especially interested in helping patients with substance use disorders.
